THIS IS INSANE!
I took the “same” picture on the 31 of december last year:
Have a look:
 I wonder when your picture was taken! Does this man come to that spot every day with his bicycle and a magazine?

From what I can see, we took the picture on a different day. The bike is not parked at the exact same place, and the shadows are different.
