Losæter feast for Food Studio

Last week, I had the pleasure of documenting the harvesting, cooking and shared meal organized by Food Studio again. In one of Oslo’s greyest and most modern neighborhoods lies Losæter, an urban farming lot which has become one of the city’s most prolific, abundant green lungs. Every Wednesday throughout the summer, volunteers can come and learn about plants, herbs and various edible and get together around a meal they also prepare together. This was the last of these gatherings for this year, but despair not, many more will come after this winter.
